付け合わせにはキムチ、もやしナムル、ネギサラダ、サムジャン(味噌)、ごま油タレをご用意しておりますので、サンチュに巻いてお召し上がり下さい😘

Today, we’d like to introduce our “Thin-Sliced Samgyeopsal (Tepe Samgyeopsal)” ☺️✨

“Tepe” is a Korean word that refers to a carpenter’s plane, and the pork belly is sliced very thin—making it easy and delicious to eat‼️

It comes with sides such as kimchi, seasoned bean sprouts, green onion salad, ssamjang (savory soybean paste), and sesame oil sauce. Wrap everything in lettuce and enjoy 😘

Also, Tepe Samgyeopsal pairs perfectly with “Chamisul,” so be sure to enjoy them together ♬
